2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost.
The remaining balance must be paid at least days prior to the departure date.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
2.1 Pricing and Surcharges
Prices are based on current rates of exchange and fuel costs. We reserve the right to impose surcharges due to significant increases in transportation costs, taxes, or government-imposed fees.
2.2 Travel Documents and Insurance
It is the traveller’s responsibility to obtain valid passports, visas, and health certificates.
Travel insurance is highly recommended. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to medical emergencies, theft, or trip interruptions.
2.3 Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

Unless otherwise stated, Paperfly Holidays and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from www.paperflyholidays.com for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
10. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be initiated by sending a formal email to paperflyholidays@gmail.com. The date of the email will be considered the official cancellation date.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellation 30 days before departure: 10% of total cost is charged.
Cancellation 15 days before departure: 50% of total cost is charged.
Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost is charged.
No refunds will be issued for unused services, including missed meals, sightseeing, or hotel stays.
Partial Cancellation: If one member of a group cancels, the remaining members may be subject to a price increase due to changes in room occupancy & transportation
